The XO Dynamic Learning™ Certification Program builds practical technical problem-solving capability, not just theory.
Participants begin by learning the XO Dynamic Learning™ method through our 2-day hands-on workshop. From there, certification is earned through real-world application. Each completed project is reviewed by Dynamic Learning experts and approved against defined technical and execution standards. As proficiency increases, participants progress through certification levels, earning stars that reflect demonstrated capability.
This structure ensures every certified professional can identify true root cause and execute effective fixes in complex manufacturing environments.
1. XO Systems Engineer
The XO Systems Engineer level establishes the foundation of disciplined technical problem solving.
Participants learn to view problems as system behaviors rather than isolated defects, building the ability to structure issues, eliminate noise, and focus on causal drivers. This level emphasizes clarity, rigor, and consistency in how problems are defined and addressed, creating a common language for teams to align and execute effectively.
After completing the XO Dynamic Learning™ workshop, participants begin applying the method to live operational or technical challenges. 2. XO Coach
Participants achieve the XO Coach level upon approval of 3 projects and remain at this level until 5 successful projects have been completed and validated.
At this stage, certified professionals demonstrate the ability to guide teams through structured problem solving, drive disciplined execution, and sustain corrective actions.
3. XO Train the Trainer
The highest level of certification, XO Train the Trainer, recognizes mastery of the XO Dynamic Learning™ approach.
This is an invite-only professional level, reserved for individuals who have shown the capability to teach, coach, and certify others while protecting the integrity of the method. Candidates must submit and receive approval for five successful projects that clearly demonstrate technical rigor, execution discipline, and sustained results to qualify.
Train the Trainer certification authorizes participants to formally deploy XO Dynamic Learning™ within their organizations and develop the next generation of problem solvers.
