Alan is a seasoned senior executive with over 30-years of experience, spanning multiple industries. With previous roles as CEO, COO, and CFO in private and NYSE-listed companies, Alan excels in building high-performance teams and delivering outstanding results. His strategic leadership is instrumental in driving global manufacturing and supply chain excellence.

Alan began his career at General Motors, where he gained expertise in Global Purchasing, Logistics, Change Management, and International Trade. After nearly a decade, he transitioned to roles in the Medical and Pharmaceutical industries, where he spent over 20-years honing his skills. Additionally, Alan is a valued member of the Advisory Council at the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue University.

He holds an MBA and B.Sc. from the University of Michigan, and a Leadership and Strategy Certification from Harvard Business School.

Garry is a distinguished expert in Supply Chain, Operations, and Program Management, with a remarkable career, spanning over 35 years. His extensive experience includes more than 15 years at the Director level, working with two of the leading electronics manufacturers in the Aerospace and Space sectors.

Throughout his career, Garry has been a driving force in enhancing companies by implementing “Best Practices” in Supply Chain, and Programs and Operations Management. His strategic insights and leadership have consistently delivered outstanding results, making him a sought-after individual in his field.

Garry holds a BA in Materials Management with an Executive Supply Chain Specialization from Wilfred Laurier University. He is also accredited with CPIM and CPP designations.

Steve Proniuk is an experienced legal executive, with over 40 years of service in industry and private practice. Previously, he was Vice President, Legal at Multimatic Inc. (privately-held auto parts manufacturer) for over 16 years. Prior to that, Steve was Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel at Magna Powertrain Inc. / Tesma International Inc. for 12 years. His career also includes partnership at Crossley Mann, Barristers & Solicitors, in Toronto, and executive legal roles at Cosma International Inc. His expertise includes corporate/commercial law, governance, legal strategy and business operations.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Martin developed an extraordinary track record in supporting clients with tough challenges, expertly providing advice in areas of production management, performance optimization, quality management and systems, supply chain management and risk mitigation, supplier quality, new product/program launch, business transfer and vehicle / vehicle system testing.

Martin possesses over 30 years of experience with OEM and Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturers. He held several positions with HP Pelzer: production team leader, SQA, and technical support manager for BMW products. Martin then moved to the BMW beginning in production, moving into quality management and vehicle road testing, and subsequently took on leadership for relocation of BMW production to suppliers. This exposure vaulted Martin to become the QMP for Interior parts and suppliers and ultimately the Global Manager for Interior parts for BMW, Mini, and Rolls Royce.

Martin holds a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Metal Production and Management.

Jeff is an insightful, results-oriented, manufacturing executive with a diverse background with over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, and 15 years of experience working in the Asia-Pacific and China geographies. He is an expert in strategic sourcing, risk management, supplier development and program management.

Jeff’s international experience is vast, with expertise managing supply bases in China, Thailand, Malaysia, India, and Japan to name a few. With his many years at companies like Adient, Vinfast, Lear Corporation and IAC Group, Jeff is an expert in leading and managing supply chain professionals and project specialists. He is based in Chonburi, Thailand.

Jeff holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School, and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

An accomplished and results-driven professional, Mark demonstrates success in managing engineering, plant operations, and transforming business system projects across Europe, Asia Pacific, China, and the Middle East. Mark combines a talent for directing people with business acumen to identify opportunities for increased revenue and efficiency. He achieves streamlined operational processes through the implementation of creative Lean solutions. As a strategic leader, Mark possesses an innate ability to visualize organizational goals, deliver measurable results, and ensure the success of all business development initiatives.​

Mark holds a M.Sc. in Engineering and Manufacturing Management, and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University.

Raghu is a seasoned Industrial Engineering Expert with a decade of experience across diverse industries like Automotive, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, CPG, Food & Beverage, Building Products, Pharma and Technology. He is proficient in industrial engineering applications, lean methodologies, digital twin technology, and production facility design.

As an IE consultant, Raghu has supported diverse manufacturing operations in enhancing their operational efficiencies. He holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pune.

Steven is a seasoned professional with a distinguished 40-year career in Automotive OEM and Tier 1 Manufacturing. Throughout his career, Steven has held key roles in Operations Leadership, Finance and Capital Planning, General Maintenance Supervision, Senior Systems Engineering, and Quality Assurance Engineering. Notably, he spent 7 years at General Motors leading engineering in manufacturing systems and technologies before transitioning to over 28 years at Magna, where he directed Financial and Capital Planning over 130 Divisions and led the establishment of three highly profitable manufacturing operations in Mexico. With his extensive experience and track record of success, Steven is poised to lead and unify Mexico-based resources as part of the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Steven holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Queen’s University.

David, a senior advisor at Crossover Solutions, brings over thirty years of experience from various leadership roles at Ford Motor Company. He began as a Press Shop Maintenance Supervisor and quickly advanced within Ford’s Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) division. In this division, he was instrumental in creating Ford’s APQP process and the GPDS Supplier Engagement processes used globally by Ford’s supply base. As an STA Program Manager, David played a crucial role in the Fuel Cell/EV sector, leading APQP initiatives and overseeing multiple program launches across North America. Currently David leverages his extensive experience in supply chain health assessments, high-risk supplier management, and continuous improvement methodologies. His areas of expertise include APQP leadership, PPAP assessments, and supplier engagement training.

David holds a B.Sc. in Production Management and an A.A.S. in Machine Tool Technology from Ferris State University, underscoring his technical proficiency and commitment to manufacturing excellence.

Brooke is a young professional with a background in business administration and financial management. She drives operational efficiencies and initiatives at Crossover Solutions. Additionally, Brooke has held various roles at Construction Distribution & Supply and The Gourmet Group of Companies, refining her skills in resource management, finance, marketing, and e-commerce development.

Brooke holds an Honours B.Comm. in Global Management from Ryerson University and a Certificate of Specialization in Accounting and Finance from Harvard Business School Online.

Justin brings over 5 years of experience as a financial controller and auditor. With prior experience as a finance manager at Construction Distribution & Supply, Justin excels in mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and managing international intercompany transactions. His career began at BDO Canada LLP and continued at MNP LLP, where he specialized in assurance and advisory for private enterprises. Known for his strong communication and strategic skills, Justin is dedicated to driving financial excellence and supporting business growth through insightful analysis.

Justin holds his Bachelor of Accounting and his Master of Accountancy from Brock University. Justin also holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, CPA Ontario.
