It is with deep sadness that we are advising all Crossover team members that Robert Rodger passed away Wednesday, March 13^th. Together we wish our sincerest condolences to Rob’s wife, Laurel, and children, Blake, Seth, and Zoe, and the balance of the Rodger family.

Rob first joined Crossover 7 years ago after spending more than 30 years in the automotive industry as an expert in Quality Manufacturing Systems. Rob started his career at Magna’s Karmax Heavy Stamping during the launch of the operation and went on to support the Hydroforming launch at Deco Automotive. He spent time with Martinrea and Van Rob before going out on his own. A stickler for perfection Rob could be an intimidating character but those of us that got to know him knew he had a huge heart.

We will miss Rob’s huge smile, friendship, incredibly smart wit, and his many stories of backpacking and fishing!
