John brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning technology, military operations, and organizational transformation. During more than 20 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a Lieutenant Colonel, he led organizations of up to 500 personnel, managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, and directed global operations across more than 50 countries. Following his military career, John spent eight years with Google in senior leadership roles focused on large-scale transformation initiatives, global data center operations, technical learning, and organizational development.
John now brings this experience to Crossover Solutions, where he will lead and grow our Digital Infrastructure Services advisory practice, helping clients strengthen execution across data center development, program delivery, operations, organizational performance, and other critical infrastructure initiatives.
