With a background in Corporate Finance and Deals, Paul, the founder of Crossover Solutions, has structured and managed near $23B in M&A with $13.5B directly for Magna International. Paul is also CEO and Founding Partner with Invotek Electronics, former Vice-Chair of AP Plasman, and has 30+ years of experience leading and guiding a strategic financial direction of Tier 1 Automotive Suppliers, specifically, Magna, Faurecia, and Manchester Plastics.

Paul is a Queen’s University MBA with a Valuation and Strategy certification from Harvard.

Paul was recognized by the Markham Board of Trade (Canada’s fastest-growing economic region and technical hub) as Entrepreneur of the Year for 2019.

Justin brings over 5 years of experience as a financial controller and auditor. With prior experience as a finance manager at Construction Distribution & Supply, Justin excels in mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and managing international intercompany transactions. His career began at BDO Canada LLP and continued at MNP LLP, where he specialized in assurance and advisory for private enterprises. Known for his strong communication and strategic skills, Justin is dedicated to driving financial excellence and supporting business growth through insightful analysis.

Justin holds his Bachelor of Accounting and his Master of Accountancy from Brock University. Justin also holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, CPA Ontario.

Brooke is a young professional with a background in business administration and financial management. She drives operational efficiencies and initiatives at Crossover Solutions. Additionally, Brooke has held various roles at Construction Distribution & Supply and The Gourmet Group of Companies, refining her skills in resource management, finance, marketing, and e-commerce development.

Brooke holds an Honours B.Comm. in Global Management from Ryerson University and a Certificate of Specialization in Accounting and Finance from Harvard Business School Online.

Saba is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiencies, driving business growth, and cultivating strong client relationships. At Crossover, she excels at streamlining processes and leading initiatives that boost efficiency and contribute to long-term business success.

With a background in business management, finance, and customer service, Saba brings valuable experience to her role, combining practical knowledge with a focus on achieving business objectives. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from University of Manitoba.

Having lived and worked in several countries, Saba has gained a rich understanding of different cultures and ways of working. This global experience enables her to connect with a wide range of clients and colleagues, creating meaningful relationships and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Lesley has been a valued member of Crossover Solutions since 2017, bringing strong organizational skills and cross-functional support to the team. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations across leadership, management, and technical teams.

Over the years, Lesley has contributed in multiple capacities, including assisting the CEO and supporting company initiatives that drive efficiency and collaboration. Her ability to coordinate across different areas of the business makes her a trusted and integral part of the team.

Erica is a friendly, approachable, and problem-solving powerhouse who’s been a valuable member of the Finance team at Crossover since October 2022. With 30 years of experience in customer service, Erica connects with consultants to process weekly reports and works closely with customers to ensure their needs are always met. Before joining Crossover, she owned and operated a Medical Spa, where she picked up business and accounting skills to better understand the financial side of things. In 2014, Erica shifted gears and ventured into retail, quickly rising to Manager of Customer Service and Operations

Ting is an experienced accounting professional with over 10 years of expertise in the field. Holding a bachelor’s degree, Ting has a comprehensive understanding of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and banking processes. Proficient in Accpac, QuickBooks, and Dynamics 365, Ting leverages these tools to enhance financial management and reporting.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Ting consistently ensures accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations. Ting is dedicated to maintaining high standards and contributing positively to the team.

Stephanie is a dedicated team player with a diverse background in business administration, project management, and e-commerce. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Crossover Solutions and at Invotek Group, Stephanie has honed her organizational and communication skills. She thrives in fast-paced environments, bringing an optimistic attitude to every challenge and ensuring smooth operations and exceptional support to leadership teams.

Stephanie Godfrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in International Business from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Currently pursuing a BBA at the University of Toronto, Jacob is passionate about finance, market research, and emerging technologies. He is completing a co-op term as a Financial Analyst at Crossover Solutions, where he supports the finance team by managing invoices, processing expenses, and contributing to financial reporting and analysis. With a strong interest in data-driven decision-making, Jacob is focused on turning insights into strategic action. His experience across finance and operations has helped him build a solid foundation in collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
