A highly respected leader that served as the 32nd Chief of Naval Operations and a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Gilday’s illustrious career spans leadership positions on the Joint Staff, NATO, U.S. Cyber Command, and the White House. Admiral Gilday has commanded at multiple levels, from warships to an aircraft carrier strike group, and led the Navy’s cyber force at U.S. Fleet Cyber Command. His strategic vision and extensive leadership experience will be pivotal in steering Crossover Solutions National Security USA Inc. through the complexities of the defense industry.

As the COO and Managing Partner at Crossover Solutions, Rod brings more than 30-years of experience in the automotive industry. His expertise encompasses process engineering, manufacturing leadership, and supplier operations management. MacIntyre has a proven track record in driving operational excellence and improving supply chain resilience. His deep industry knowledge and strong leadership will be critical in executing Crossover’s strategic objectives within the national security sector.

A prominent political leader and nine-term U.S. Congressman, John Kasich served as Governor of Ohio from 2011 to 2019. During his tenure, he eliminated Ohio’s $8 billion budget shortfall without raising taxes, significantly improving the state’s business climate. Kasich established JobsOhio, a groundbreaking economic development entity that helped diversify Ohio’s economy and created approximately 500,000 private sector jobs. A New York Times bestselling author and NBC News analyst, Kasich is known for his advocacy of unity in addressing public policy issues. His extensive experience in governance and economic development provides Crossover with valuable strategic insight.

With a distinguished career in both military and corporate sectors, Admiral Owens was the third Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the second highest-ranking officer in the U.S. Armed Forces, overseeing military operations and strategic planning at the highest levels. Post-retirement, Admiral Owens held executive roles in major companies, including Nortel Networks, and served on nearly two dozen public and private boards such as Daimler, British American Tobacco, and Wipro. Currently, he is the Executive Chairman of Red Bison Advisory Group, a cybersecurity company serving the commercial real estate industry. His deep expertise in defense and corporate governance will guide Crossover in addressing critical national security challenges.

A retired four-star Admiral with more than 38 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Navy. A career Navy SEAL officer, Admiral Olson was head of U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), responsible for the readiness and deployment of all Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps special operations forces, managing an annual budget exceeding $10 billion. His expertise in complex operational environments and strategic defense leadership will greatly enhance Crossover’s capabilities in the national security sector.

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Broad Peak Global Capital (BPGC), Stephen brings decades of experience in private equity and corporate restructuring. Prior to founding BPGC, he was the Global Head of Private Equity at Invesco and WL Ross & Co. LLC. Toy has worked in Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring at Rothschild Inc., and has served on several public and private boards, including Amalgamated Bank, EXCO Resources, and Elessent Clean Technologies. His financial acumen and strategic insight will be instrumental in guiding Crossover’s growth and investment strategies.
