His leadership has consistently delivered results in procurement strategy, supplier relationship management, supply chain resiliency, and facility quality and operations efficiency at both large organizations and ambitious start-ups.
Most notably, Lloyd served as Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer at Ceer Automotive, Saudi Arabia’s first national automotive manufacturer, where he launched a 250,000-unit-per-year vehicle plant and successfully localized supply chain operations. He also held senior leadership roles at Changan Automotive, China’s second-largest domestic OEM, and spent nearly 25 years in executive roles at General Motors, driving excellence in purchasing, manufacturing, and quality across global markets.
Before his corporate career, Lloyd served as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force, bringing discipline and strategic focus to every role since.
