Crossover Solutions is delighted to announce that Steven Bowler joins our team as Managing Director, of Mexico Operations. Steven holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Queen’s University. Steven’s impressive 40-year career with Automotive OEM and Tier 1 Manufacturing and industry spans functional responsibility in Operations Leadership, Finance and Capital Planning, General Maintenance Supervision, Senior Systems Engineering and Quality Assurance Engineering.
Steven spent 7 years with General Motors leading engineering in manufacturing systems and technologies and also led skilled trades in maintenance of fully-automated Body-In-White assembly operations. Steven then spent over 28 years with Magna, initially at the Corporate Office directing Financial and Capital Planning over 130 Divisions. Moving back into operations, Steven led the establishment of 3 very profitable manufacturing operations, winning multiple GM Mexico Supplier Quality Excellence awards.
With Steven’s pedigree, we look to Steven to bring together and lead our extensive Mexico-based resources as we continue to grow our regionalized operations focusing on supporting our client’s needs.
